Progression Time
Today's class we had Olivia as our teacher again from the last class we had the other day. We learned about Globalization in Economy and how companies don't have headquarters here in the U.S. because it cost too much to pay the workers where as in India or China or somewhere else is a lot cheaper to pay workers by a significant amount so it wouldn't cost as much as paying workers in the U.S. But we talked about the different things in our world that have to do with globalization such as McDonald's and websites and social media and GPS and other things. We got to the third key issue out of the four in Power Point so we're getting close to being ready for our chapter test which I noticed was on the calendar for October 19. We got through about four slides so we did progress some I just feel like the Power Point has taken years to do so I'll be glad when we get have a test and move onto something else.
